Indiana’s NewsCenter reports from Ft. Wayne:
A fast food worker’s Twitter post showing him allegedly urinating on food has the Allen County Health Department, local police and Taco Bell investigating.
The Taco Bell employee posted pictures on Twitter saying he had urinated on a Taco Bell food product, inside the restaurant. Indiana’s NewsCenter brought the Twitter posts to the attention of the health department and Taco Bell, in which Cameron Jankowski bragged about urinating on the food. Taco Bell officials say Jankowski “is suspended and will be fired from his job…”
Waldron says employees at the Taco Bell will be given mandatory training.
“We are requiring mandatory education of all of their staff at some point in the near future where we can sit down with all of them and stress the importance of the general food safety practices and then some of these issues as to what the ramifications could be associated with those.”
Lesson 1: DO NOT PEE IN THE FOOD.
The Daily Mail has the picture this genius took of himself peeing on a bowl of nachos, which I won’t post here because even I have my limits. The mischievous micturater seemed to think it wasn’t a problem since he didn’t actually serve the food to anybody. According to the keen young legal mind: “There are no laws saying what you can and cannot piss upon.” I think that actually, y’know, there are? But whatever.
Maybe everybody should just turn off their cameraphones within 100 yards of any fast food place. They only get you in trouble. If you record yourself doing something stupid and put it up on the Internet, whatever happens next is your fault. Hope that helps.
P.S. This story hurts my feelings and makes me feel unwelcome at Taco Bell. Do I get to sue?
