The secretary of state was filmed getting down Tuesday night in Johannesburg at a dinner hosted by South African Foreign Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane.
Earlier this year, Clinton was snapped drinking a beer and hitting the dance floor in Cartagena, Colombia.
