The indictment confirmed that Brown has been in federal custody since Sept. 13.
Mansfield Law Enforcement Center, where Brown is being held, did not return The Daily Caller’s request for comment.
Brown’s prosecutor — Candina Heath, Assistant United States Attorney — told The Daily Caller that she “will not comment on an ongoing prosecution or investigation.”
Kathy Colvin, spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, told The Daily Caller, “We have no further comment as the case is pending.”
The federal government is also alleging that Brown had help in his attempts to locate information about the FBI agent.
“In September 2012, Brown requested another individual to assist him find on the Internet restricted information about the FBI agent and the agent’s immediate family,” said U.S. Attorney Sarah R. Saldaña, in a statement on the indictment. “That individual did conduct a search on the Internet for the restricted information.”

Update: Federal prison records show that Brown is located at the Federal Correctional Institute in Fort Worth, Texas. A Jury Trial is set for Brown on December 10, 2012, according to Brown’s criminal court docket, available on FreeBarrettBrown.org.
