Herbie Hancock, Ne-Yo, the Goo Goo Dolls’ Johnny Rzeznik, Natasha Bedingfield and some other random musicians walked into a music studio and recorded an insufferable new pro-Obama song.
Yes, apparently, the Goo Goo Dolls are still a thing.
The song, “Forward,” is — of course — the handiwork of the person responsible for the 2008 Obama campaign video “Yes We Can.”
The song “was released [Friday] as a grassroots effort to motivate and inspire nationwide voter participation in the upcoming 2012 Presidential election,” according to a press release.
The YouTube video features an enormously large crowd of Obama supporters running amok through the streets with no regard for this country’s law and order.
