The East coast is not expected to bear the brunt of Hurricane Sandy until late Monday into early Tuesday, but areas of New York, New Jersey and Delaware are already on the receiving end of the storm’s wrath.
Atlantic City, N.J. has all but shut down, downtown Manhattan is an eerie ghost town and other coastal regions are starting to flood.
