Cameramen both professional and amateur have been out and about documenting the extensive flooding that has been caused by Hurricane Sandy.
Authorities and political figures, including President Barack Obama, have repeatedly warned that the storm represents a grave risk to human life, and have urged residents in low-lying areas and along coast lines to seek shelter in higher ground.
