Sometimes you just have to have a little fun at work on Friday.
For the hosts of ESPN’s “NFL Kickoff,” last week that meant fitting in as many references to the 1987 film, “The Princess Bride,” into their 30-minute show.
BuzzFeed made a supercut of every reference as Trey Wingo, Mark Schlereth and Tedy Bruschi skillfully intertwined professional football analysis with quotes from the cult classic film.
Our favorite: “Both Cowboys and Eagles fans know that by now that life is pain and anyone who says differently is simply selling you something.”
This is truly masterful.
