Dwight Schrute from “The Office” urges viewers not to watch “The Office” because it will rot your brain — in a spoof of “Two and a Half Men” star Angus T. Jones’ rant against the series.

In a video posted online Monday, Jones explained how he found religion and that the CBS series he has starred on for nearly 10 years — and reportedly pays him $350,000 per episode — is “filth” and that television is rotting all of our brains.

“The Office” stars Rainn Wilson (Dwight) and Craig Robinson (Darryl) posted a spoof of the video to YouTube Tuesday. Wilson calls the NBC series “filth” and urges viewers not to watch the series’ final season while repeatedly mentioning the exact day and time that it airs.

While “The Office” isn’t filthy or crude like “Two and a Half Men,” it certainly jumped the shark several seasons ago. So even though Wilson is speaking in jest, we’ll happily take his advice and stop watching “The Office.” Once Jim and Pam got married, it was all downhill from there. The series should have ended at least three seasons ago. Just saying.
