Miss Venezuela made absolutely no sense, but when you’re attractive nothing else matters [VIDEO]

During the interview portion of the Miss Universe pageant Wednesday night, Miss Venezuela almost one-upped Miss Teen South Carolina 2007 for most incomprehensible answer to a question ever recorded in the history of questions.

One of the judges asked Irene Sofia Esser Quintero if given the chance, what law she would create and why. A Spanish-speaking interpreter repeated the question to her, but for some inexplicable reason Quintero decided to answer the question in English.

The answer that followed was basically just a bunch of random words strung together masquerading as a complete thought:

“I think that any lays there are in Constitution or in life, are already made. I think that we should have, uh, a straight way to go in our similar, or, eh, in our lives as is this.”

She unfortunately continued on: “For example, I’m a surfer, and I think that the best wave that I can take is the wave that I wait for it. So please do our only, eh, law that we can do. Thank you Vegas!”

Viewers learned a very valuable lesson Wednesday night, because although she gave a nonsensical answer, she came in third place. When you are attractive, nothing else matters and life is a cakewalk. (Better to learn it now than never.)

Still, Quintero couldn’t quite reach the level of stupidity from the 2007 Miss Teen USA pageant — and no one may ever be able to do it again.
