Is “Home Alone” one of the greatest movies of all time, or is it one of the greatest movies of all time?

We’re not talking just in terms of Christmas movies, either. We’re talking about the all-time films greats. It’s undeniably right up there with “Casablanca” and “Citizen Kane.”

“Home Alone” is a film of the ages, for all ages. Here are some of the most memorable moments from the 1990 film — and even though it has been 22 years since it came out, we know you can recite it in your sleep.

  • Kevin's last meal before the Wet Bandit adventure. Who doesn't love mac and cheese and a nice glass of ice cold milk? No one, that's who.
  • Kevin gets to watch his R-rated movie all he wants while he's home alone. (Don't even pretend like you didn't do that when you were younger.)
  • Kevin is even good at giving old people advice about their estranged family situations. What can't Kevin do?
  • Kevin has cared about dental hygiene from an early age. You don't see that very often these days.
  • The Wet Bandits are film's best bad burglars ever.
  • That Kevin! Using aftershave and everything after cleaning behind his ears and bellybutton.
  • Ah, The Scream. Here it is for the first time.
  • Can you blame Kevin for wanting his family to disappear? His mean cousin zings him with one of the film's most quoted lines: "You are what the French call, 'les incompetent'"
  • When Kevin goes through all of his older brother Buzz's private stuff, he comes across this photo of his girlfriend, and the phrase "Buzz, your girlfriend -- woof!" hasn't gone away since 1990.
  • Ah, Buzz. Buzz tells Kevin, "You make me want to puke." Hate to break it to you Buzz, but your girlfriend makes Kevin want to puke.
