South Korean electronics maker LG announced Sunday that it would expand its current lineup of Google TVs in 2013 to include more screen sizes.

At present, LG offers two different models — 47 and 55 inches —  with Google TV, an interactive  integration of Google’s Android platform and Chrome browser. In early 2013 the company will also offer 42, 50 and 60-inch models with Google TV.

“In 2011, Eric Schmidt predicted that Google TV would be on a ‘majority’ of new TVs by summer of this year, and while his vision didn’t play out, Google could get closer to that goal a year later than expected,” reported The Verge.

Engadget projected that more information about the new lineup will be revealed at the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show in early January.
