Miley Cyrus covers Dolly Parton’s ‘Jolene’ and it’s actually good [VIDEO]

Miley Cyrus made more tabloid headlines this year for her lack of clothing or undergarments and her engagement at the tender age of 19 (oh, and that penis cake incident) that we pretty much forgot that singing is how she got famous in the first place.

But in a video posted to her YouTube account on Christmas Eve, Cyrus reminded us by belting out a cover of Dolly Parton’s 1974 hit “Jolene” to jog our memories. (Parton is little Miley’s godmother.)

Now, if she could just change her wardrobe, personality and generally become an all-around different person we might be able to take her music seriously.
