If you lost some bet or got roped into seeing “Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters 3D” for any other reason this weekend, there is at least one redeeming quality to a movie that hasn’t looked this terrible since “Norbit.”

Don’t believe us? Here’s the trailer:

See? Told ya. (On second thought, it might actually be unintentionally hilarious.)

The sole redeeming quality of “Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters” goes by the name Gemma Arterton, and it’s a good thing that she is attractive, since her movie credits include “Prince of Persia: Sands of Time,” “Clash of the Titans” and the more respectable James Bond movie “Quantum of Solace.”

Here are some photos of her, just to lift your spirits in case you are being forced to go see “Hansel & Gretel” this weekend.

  • Would you care to know more about Gemma Arterton? Why not!
  • Gemma is from England, so that means she's English.
  • She was born a polydactyl. (Look it up. We can't give you all the answers to life's questions.)
  • Gemma is just 27. To put that in perspective, she is about the same age as Lindsay Lohan.
  • She is very bendy, as you can see in the photo above.
  • Gemma certainly doesn't mind posing in lingerie.
  • See?
  • Her character's name in "Quantum of Solace" was Strawberry Fields. Seriously, guys, we know you can come up with better Bond girl names.
  • Gemma has a completely nude scene in "The Disappearance of Alice Creed," for your information. Do with it what you will.
  • Gemma already has six movies in production, so thankfully "Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters 3D" won't kill her career.
