On Wednesday, Courtside Entertainment Group announced former Republican Rep. Ron Paul will debut his “Ron Paul’s America” daily radio segments and podcast on March 18.

According to the release, Paul’s one-minute radio segments will air twice daily and the podcast will be published weekly.

Paul, a three-time candidate for president, once under the banner of the Libertarian Party and twice under the Republican Party, will be joined by Charles Goyette, author of “Red and Blue and Broke All Over: Restoring America’s Free Economy.”

“I am very excited to have this opportunity to take the message of freedom to more people than ever, especially now when our country needs it so much,” Paul said in a release. “Radio and podcasting are a much more powerful means of communication than speaking on the floor of Congress. I welcome this chance to work with Norm [Pattiz, founder of Courtside and chair of Launchpad] and Courtside and interact with America in a new way, delivering a message that is timelier than ever and a philosophy that people are clearly hungry to hear more about.”

Paul’s daily radio segments will be syndicated by Courtside Entertainment Group, the same company that landed conservative radio Laura Ingraham late last year and long-time Dr. Drew Pinsky program “Loveline.” As for his podcast, it will be distributed by Launchpad Digital Media, the same organization behind podcast heavyweights Adam Carolla and Jay Mohr.
