On Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The Cycle,” the show’s lone conservative S.E. Cupp took a light-hearted look at the way Twitter reacted to Wednesday’s claim from Washington Post journalist Bob Woodward, that a White House official threatened him in an email.

As Cupp pointed out, the Woodward story took Twitter by storm, interrupting her effort to live tweet A&E’s “Duck Dynasty.” So instead, she compiled a list of her favorite tweets related to the news, which included BuzzFeed’s Andrew Kaczynski, Slate’s Matt Yglesias and David Frum blog editor Justin Green.

However at the end of the compilation, Cupp’s co-host Steve Kornacki quipped about a deceased Woodward.

“No, and then at 10:48 a.m., Bob Woodward was found dead,” Kornacki said.

But Kornacki did immediately correct the record.

“No, he is alive and well,” he added. “Thank goodness.”
