On Thursday’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel, conservative commentator Ann Coulter mocked Bob Woodward for claiming he had been threatened by the White House because of his reporting on the sequester.

“I think some of these liberal journalists have become hothouse flowers, if they consider this intimidation,” Coulter said. “Give me a break.”

Coulter, author of “Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama,” also criticized Woodward for comparing Fox News to MSNBC earlier in the broadcast.

“For him to compare MSNBC with Fox is preposterous,” Coulter said. “Last week Rachel Maddow edited a video — she is on MSNBC — of a woman [whose] relative was killed at the Aurora shooting, and this woman asked McCain about it in the meeting. And McCain spends like two minutes saying how sorry he is … and then he says, ‘But I’m going to give you straight talk, an assault weapons ban is not going to pass.’ [Maddow] cut all of that, and goes from the weeping woman to, ‘I’m going to give you straight talk.’ If Fox did that, they’d pull the power to this network.”
