Wisconsin Democratic spokesman Graeme Zielinski tweeted his profound dislike of Republican Gov. Scott Walker Friday after a criminal investigation into six former Walker aides ended.

In a string of tweets, he lambasted Walker:

What do @GovWalker and Jeffrey Dahmer have in common?

@GovWalker had better lawyers than Jeffrey Dahmer in beating the rap. Clear that he committed crimes.

@GovWalker spent more than Jeffrey Dahmer to beat criminal charges.

@GovWalker had the services of a defense lawyer who represented ax murderers. What an angel.

@GovWalker‘s GREATEST accomplishment is dodging criminal charges. That’s it. Jobs suck He’s ruined our state. Period.

Jeffrey Dahmer killed 17 men and boys. His horrific spree included sexual crimes against his victims including rape and necrophilia, cannibalism and dismemberment of their bodies and most famously the storage of one victim’s head in the refrigerator.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday that the so-called “John Doe” investigation has been closed. A statement by the district attorney said: “After a review of the John Doe evidence, I am satisfied that all charges that are supported by proof beyond a reasonable doubt have now been brought and concluded.”

The investigation “uncovered illegal campaign contributions to Walker’s campaign, illegal campaign activity by his staffers, embezzlement of veterans’ funds and other misdeeds,” the Wisconsin State Journal reported. Six former Walker associates in Milwaukee County government were charged, and Walker maintained that he was not included in the investigation.

The Wisconsin Democratic Party has not responded to a request for comment.
