Lindsay Lohan arrived nearly an hour late for her 21st scheduled court appearance, and was glitter-bombed on the way in. (A glitter bomb is a “bomb” made out of glitter.)

According to the Associated Press, Lohan appeared “slightly frazzled” as she entered the courtroom at 9:19 a.m. — 49 minutes after her hearing was supposed to start.

The actress’s hearing will determine what punishment she will face — if any — for her summer 2012 misdemeanor charges. Lohan was driving a rented Porsche when she ran into an 18-wheeler. She lied to police and claimed that she was the one not driving the vehicle since she is still on probation from one of her other crimes.

Lohan has pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor charges — reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing officers from performing their duties.

Even if Lohan isn’t convicted on the reckless driving charges, she could potentially face up to 245 days in jail for violating her probation stemming from her 2011 necklace theft incident, according to the AP.
