Lindsay Lohan accepted a plea deal Monday by pleading no contest to three misdemeanor charges stemming from a July 2012 reckless driving incident that also violated her 2011 parole for stealing some jewelry.
Of course, the actress will not have to go to jail because she lives in Los Angeles, but she will have to spend 90 days in lockdown rehab. (The last time she went to rehab, she allegedly beat up an employee at the Betty Ford Center, so we’ll see how this goes.)
However, this rehab thing might be a good idea since this is what Lohan looked like in court on Monday. (Maybe she was just tired, okay?)
Although she will avoid jail, Lohan had to go back into the police station Tuesday to take her official mugshot — her sixth and definitely probably not her last.
