Just like the rest of America, I totally forgot to watch it. But here’s a touching moment from her final show, courtesy of the indefatigable Twitchy:
Facts really do matter. That’s why, when Soledad was losing an argument last year because she didn’t know her facts, she had somebody read a Wikipedia definition into her earpiece, live on the air.
Because facts matter.
Don’t worry, Soledad’s unique brand of chirpy hectoring won’t vanish from CNN entirely. She’ll be producing specials and documentaries via her newly formed production company, Starfish Media Group. I don’t know what she’s working on, but undoubtedly it’s something I’m supposed to feel guilty about.
