Lochte appeared via satellite on “Good Day Philly” Thursday morning to discuss his reality series “What Would Ryan Lochte Do?” a question that E! wants answered for some reason.
During the segment, Mike Jerrick and Sheinelle Jones asked straight-forward, simple questions that even someone whose first language isn’t even English could most likely understand. But not Ryan Lochte.
