Anthony Weiner’s nascent mayoral run just jumped its first big hurdle. You have to have a social media presence if you’re going to run for office in 2013, but social media is what got him into trouble in the first place. A no-nonsense approach is probably best:

Looks like keystothecity.org is his campaign site. (AnthonyWeiner.com hasn’t been updated in a couple of years, for some reason…) So far, it consists of a virtual brochure called “64 Ideas to Keep New York the Capital of the Middle Class.” I just sort of flipped through it, but there aren’t any good pictures.
He’s really doing this. I’m so excited. Yay!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
