In an interview with Atlanta ABC affiliate WSB 2, Georgia Republican Sen. Saxby Chambliss revealed that a law enforcement agency may have obtained evidence before last week’s Boston Marathon bombing.

“There now appears that there may have been some evidence that was obtained by one of the law enforcement agencies that did not get shared in a way that it should have been,” Chambliss said to WSB. “If that turns out to be the case, then we have to determine whether or not that would have made a difference.”

According to the report, the Georgia Republican who is the ranking member on the Select Committee on Intelligence wouldn’t elaborate on the agency or what the information was.
