Reese Witherspoon’s arrest video is now public, and it is a DOOZY. The mother of three was arrested two weeks ago in Atlanta for disorderly conduct following her husband’s arrest for driving under the influence.

The multimillionaire Academy Award-winning actress was so drunk that she said hilariously ridiculous things to the officer, including the lie that she was pregnant. These two clips from her arrest video prove how drunk she actually was, which is probably better for her image than her just being a huge jerk.

In the first clip, Witherspoon approaches the officer as her husband is doing a field sobriety test and says, “Can I say something? I’m pregnant and I need to use the restroom.”

The officer tells her that there is nowhere for her to go, and says that if she gets out of the car again, she will be arrested. Which is exactly what happened next.

In the second clip, Witherspoon puts on her constitutional scholar cap and attempts to tell the police officer what is and what is not illegal.

“I’d like to know what’s going on. I’m a U.S. citizen, and I am allowed to stand on American ground and ask any question I want to ask,” she says.

Since the officer told her that if she got out of the car again he would arrest her (RE: the previous video), he does just that, which she does NOT appreciate.

“You better not arrest me! Are you kidding me?! I am an American citizen,” she says as she is being handcuffed. “This is BEYOND. This is beyond. This is harassment. You are harassing me as an American citizen. I have done nothing against the law.”

Witherspoon then shrieks, “I have to obey your orders?!”

At this point her husband tells her to relax, but she does not, however, relax.

“I am now being arrested and handcuffed? Do you know my name, sir? You don’t need to know my name? Oh, really? Well, you’re about to find out who I am.” She then mumbles on about how she can’t believe she is being arrested and something else about being an American citizen as she is placed into the back of the cop car.

The dashboard camera then picks up on her husband saying to the officer, “I’m sorry. I had nothing to do with that.”
