Titus Young arrested twice in the same day

Former Lions wide receiver Titus Young had some trouble on the field in Detroit last season and was let go for his immaturity.

That immaturity — or stupidity — doesn’t limit itself to on-field antics for the troubled Young, who was arrested twice last Sunday in a 15-hour span.

The first arrest occurred when he made an illegal left turn in the wee hours of Sunday morning and was found to be driving under the influence when pulled over.

Later in the afternoon, Young was arrested for a second time.

That time it was for burglary when he climbed a fence into an towing yard, attempting to find his impounded car from his earlier arrest.

It’s hard to think of a worse way to exhibit that one is ready to return to the NFL and be a model citizen, or at the very least, not a constant sideshow of lunacy.
