Pop singer Mariah Carey kept a smile on her face on Friday’s “Good Morning America” — even as she realized her dress had popped open while on camera.
Carey had just finished performing her hit, “Always Be My Baby,” in a shimmering pink Donatella Versace sheath and joked with “GMA” anchor Lara Spencer about the early hour of her performance.
“Oh shoot, now that back of my dress just popped,” she says. “I love you, Donatella, but it popped.”
“I daresay this is a TV moment,” Spencer quips.
After a commercial break, wherein Carey changes into a looser bright pink dress, she can be heard audibly cursing as she ascends a set of stairs on the stage to perform with pop singer Miguel.
