So, this LeBron James character is pretty good, huh?

Lamented for being a bit too passive in this Heat-Pacers Eastern Conference Finals, LeBron put Miami on his back in the third quarter of last night’s Game Five.

Down four at halftime, James put together a monster third quarter, single-handedly outscoring the Pacers in the period 16-13. The rest of his squad pitched in another 14 points in the quarter for a total of 30, giving the Heat a lead that proved insurmountable for the Pacers and put Miami up 3-2 in the series.

With fellow Heat stars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh apparently not receiving the memo that their team is playing on a pretty important and large stage at the moment, James simply had no choice but to go into beast mode.

James hit from inside and out and was virtually unstoppable.

The Heat may need a lot more hero ball from LeBron if they are going to continue their run this postseason and try to make it back-to-back championships, since the rest of the Heat have been taking a lot of games off of lately.
