The Delaware Attorney General’s office has filed an official complaint against a former Planned Parenthood abortionist calling him a “clear and immediate danger to the public,” according to news reports.

The complaint issued Thursday cites Timothy Liveright for unprofessional, inappropriate and negligent conduct while working at the Planned Parenthood in Wilmington, Del. according to Delaware’s The News Journal.

The Christian Post reports the complaint was filed before the Board of Medical Licensure by Attorney General Beau Biden’s office and signed by Deputy Attorney General Katisha D. Fortune.

It requests that the Board permanently “revoke [Liveright’s] license to practice medicine or take such other action as deemed appropriate by the Board,” the Post quoted the complaint.

The complaint comes the same week two former Delaware Planned Parenthood nurses testified before the state senate about unsafe conditions and “meat-market assembly line” abortions at the clinic, including instances of Liveright’s misconduct.

Speaking to The News-Journal, Liveright told the publication the charges in the complaint were unfair as last fall similar complaints were investigated and dismissed.

“It’s pure bullshit,” he told The News-Journal. “They’re jumping on whatever they can jump on. I don’t know what their agenda is, but I don’t think I’m a danger to the public.”

Planned Parenthood had reprimanded Liveright for claims of sexual harassment and verbal abuse of clinic employees, the Christian Post reported. Liveright surrendered his license to practice medicine in Delaware last month, according to the News-Journal.

Pro-life activists have been quick to weigh in on the development.

“Vile conditions and disregard for the health and wellbeing of women are problems endemic to the abortion industry,” said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, said Friday in a statement. “America’s largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood, claims to be a principle advocate for women’s health. They need to own this problem.”

The 68-year-old Liveright, a Temple University graduate, has a rating of two out of four stars based on patient reviews at Vitals.com. Although several reviews merely repeat recent news coverage, a 2010 patient noted, “Very caring, and encouraging. Made me feel more at ease.”
