A 425-pound gang member pleaded guilty to false imprisonment for grabbing a 10-year-old boy and sniffing his arm. He received a 32-month prison sentence.
Victor Joseph Espinoza, 56, of Santa Ana, Calif., struck a plea deal that dismissed another charge of street terrorism and a sentencing enhancement for gang activity.
Espinoza’s larger than life mug shot was seen around the world after the incident.
