Seven members of Congress who probably listen to Justin Bieber [SLIDESHOW]

Spreading from California to New York City, Justin Bieber’s fan base knows no limits. Even our nation’s capital can’t escape the teen pop sensation.

In tribute to the glorious reign of the artist known as J Biebs, we’ve compiled a list of seven members of Congress who are most likely to be closet Beliebers.

  • Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL). Congressional bad boy Patrick Murphy, like the Biebs, has probably peed in a mop bucket once or twice in his day (photo from bizpacreview.com).
  • Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY). Time magazine listed Ms. Gillibrand as a possible Democratic candidate for the 2016 presidential election. If she wants to lock in that youth vote, she should definitely choose a Justin Bieber song for her campaign.
  • Rep. John Boehner (R-OH). The Speaker of the House gave away his daughter's hand to a Jamaican pot dealer, so we assume he's pretty open to most things.
  • Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-TX). As a former musician himself, Beto undoubtedly respects the craft. Say what you will about the Biebs, but the kid can really belt out a tune (photo from texaswatchdog.org).
  • Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA). We imagine that Barb suffers from terrible bouts of Bieber fever.
  • Sen. Al Franken (D-MN). Justin Bieber has often been called the Bob Dylan of this generation. As a big fan of Dylan, Al Franken probably has one or two Bieber songs on his playlist.
  • Rep. Aaron Schock (R-IL). Ladies love Aaron Schock. Ladies also love Justin Bieber. It would only make sense that Aaron Schock loves Justin Bieber.
