Virginia Republican Rep. Frank Wolf, speaking exclusively to The Daily Caller, admitted that the Obama administration has made a “fairly” compelling case for military action in Syria. Although Wolf believes that a chemical weapons attack took place, he has grave concerns about the possible actions the administration intends to take.

“The question is, they are saying the strike will be nothing more than a shot across the bow,” Wolf said. “They are also saying that it will be a pinprick, it will not be so strong it will destabilize Assad. Then what is the purpose then?”

Wolf also had questions that he feels should be answered before any military action is undertaken — including who the U.S. will assist with strikes and their ramifications.
