On Sunday’s “60 Minutes” on CBS, Fox News Channel’s Bill O’Reilly appeared in an interview with Norah O’Donnell to promote his new book, “Killing Jesus,” co-authored with Martin Dugard.
During the 13-minute segment, O’Reilly revealed details about himself, including what motivates him. Two things he said that don’t motivate him are money and fame.
“I have never once in my life did any job for money,” O’Reilly said.

“The point is — what I told Wallace is absolutely true,” he said. “I’m not addicted to all this stuff.”
As far as his persona, O’Reilly categorized himself as a “thug.”
“Ain’t America great? I was a little thug and now I’m getting paid millions of dollars for being a big thug.”
O’Reilly also revealed his next book will be about World War II, though he would not say whether the book would have killing in the title like his previous three books.
“It’s a big World War II book with brand new information about some very, very fascinating things, and we’re writing it now,” O’Reilly said.
