A new Japanese iPhone gadget enables users to smell meat, gaming site Kotaku reports.

The gadget, Hana Yakiniku, which is Japanese for ‘nose grilled meat,’ plugs into a user’s iPhone headphone jack and sprays one of three scents: short ribs, beef tongue or buttered potato.

The idea behind the app is this: Eating meat at a restaurant is expensive, so a person can use the app and smell the meat spray while they eat something cheaper, like white rice or lettuce.

Or you could just eat meat like a normal person.
