On Monday’s “The Daily Show,” Jon Stewart once again took aim at the troubled launch of HealthCare.gov, while also criticizing the Republican-led Congressional investigation into the Obamacare rollout.

“Congress is on the case,” Stewart said. “Who better to fix this than Congress? In fact, not just Congress, the committee who’s second-ranking Democrat entered Congress four years before the 1959 invention of microchips.”

Stewart then went after Texas Republican Rep. Joe Barton, who had questioned if the website was HIPAA compliant.

“That is an interesting point,” Stewart said. “My guess is that it’s HIPAA compliant because the website doesn’t ask you for actual health information. So you know what? I wonder if there’s another Congress person, perhaps a Democrat that is so sick of this [bleep] and this guy that he answers the question, but cannot hide his utter contempt for Joe Barton’s willful ignorance.”

That member was New Jersey Democratic Rep. Frank Pallone, who called the hearing “a monkey court.”
