The implementation of Obamacare has left a lot of people with a bad taste in their mouth, but a Philadelphia burger joint PYT has a solution: the Twinkieburger.

The burger, first previewed on their Facebook page, has been taking the national media by storm. The pork belly patty is covered in melted American cheese and bacon and then sandwiched between two battered and fried Twinkies. It’s enough to give Mayor Bloomberg a heart attack just looking it.

When asked about the calorie content PYT manager Malcolm Kenyatta said that he doesn’t “want to have those conversations. This is an escape.”

The “escape” costs 12 dollars and is a special on the menu for this week only.

Customers reactions have been mixed. One person was quoted in the UK Mirror saying “That looks like a heart attack waiting to happen but good lord it looks freakin good.”

So what does one order to wash down the Twinkieburger? Well there is always PYT’s Jeffrey cocktail. A mix of “Vieux Carre Absinthe, Bacardi 151, 5 Hour Energy, Red Bull (and some other secret witch’s brew secret ingredients.)”
