American Crossroads is out with a set of videos and a press release showing how Senators Mark Begich (D-Alaska), Kay Hagan (D-North Carolina) and Mary Landrieu (D-Louisiana) “joined with President Obama to lie to the American people about Obamacare.”

This may be the first attempt to transfer Obama’s “you get to keep you healthcare” mess to vulnerable red state Democrats who repeated the canard.

Sen. Begich, for example, said: “If you’ve got an insurance plan now, if you like it you can keep it. That’s yours, you can do whatever you want.”

Landrieu averred, “Those individuals who like the coverage who like the coverage they already have will be able to keep their current plan.” And Hagan insisted: “People who like their insurance and their doctors can keep them.”

In a release, American Crossroads president and CEO Steven Law said: “Senators Begich, Hagan and Landrieu joined Barack Obama in lying to the American people about Obamacare, and now millions of Americans are losing their current coverage as a result,”
