Richie Incognito has now filed a non-injury related grievance with the Miami Dolphins. The grievance is in response to his indefinite suspension from the team after allegations he bullied teammate Jonathan Martin.

He was suspended for “detrimental conduct,” which carries a maximum penalty of a four week suspension, reports ESPN. Since the Dolphins have not specified an end to the suspension, he can collect $1,276,470.59 under the collective bargaining agreement between players and teams.

Detrimental conduct suspensions also are required to be heard by a neutral arbitrator and Incognito has requested an expedited hearing. There’s no date currently set for the hearing.
