Trust the mellow Californians to act nonchalant when multiple giant predators are swimming right under their boards. Paddleboarder Nathan Anderson managed to capture not one, but three giant Great White Sharks swimming around in the waters of Manhattan Beach using a GoPro camera.

For one of the captions, Anderson writes, “Sorry if the angles are a bit off. I was busy pooping my pants.”

There has been a recent increase in Great White sightings in the area, reports KTLA. Sarah Sikich, science and policy director at Heal the Bay, said, “I think it’s exciting.”

That’s one word for it. Another word might be “terrifying.”
