Wind blowing up women’s dresses [SLIDESHOW]

The wind may be a naturally occurring meteorological phenomenon and a lovely feeling on a hot summer’s day, but it is also kind of a pervert.

For actresses, athletes and royalty, the wind can be absolutely relentless when attempting to use its momentum to lift up a woman’s skirt or dress. And for shame!

It’s about time the wind got called out for this, so here are 9 examples of when the wind was really out of hand.
