Charles Krauthammer says Jimmy Carter is an “honorable man” but his presidency was a failure and his post-presidency is even worse.

TheDC recently conducted an extensive interview with Krauthammer in his Washington office about his new book, “Things That Matter: Three Decades of Passions, Pastimes and Politics.” In this segment of the interview, the Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist, who briefly worked for the Carter administration, provides a thoughtful evaluation of the Carter presidency and post-presidency.
