In a puzzling display of relevancy, Tim Tebow has been offered a four-month contract from an Italian football team. The Milano Seamen are prepared to offer the free agent $270,000 for a season if he begins in March.

The president of the team, Marco Mutti, told the AP, ”The offer has been made to his agent and now we’re waiting for a response. … We would be more than happy to have him.”

This offer comes right after search engine Bing declared that Tebow was the most searched for athlete in 2013. He also made Yahoo’s list, according to ESPN. It’s odd that he still is being searched for considering that he never once was on the field this year.
