Players in the NFL always get a chance to represent what school they played at during a quick introduction to the offensive and defensive lines at the beginning of every game. Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs used it to make a joke in 2011 when he introduced himself as being from “Ball So Hard” University.
Whether he was inspired by Suggs, or actually is a wizard, Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy had the most entertaining introduction to date during Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints. He wore sunglasses, called himself “Kracken,” and said he went to Hogwarts.
Unfortunately, his magic wasn’t enough for the Panthers, who were beaten 31-13, making the team 9-4 for the season.
