Could Mike Huckabee be starting his own news organization?

The question is being asked after a mysterious job listing surfaced on Craigslist in New York this week. The listing is titled, “Huckabee Post Looking for Reporters” and explains that a new organization is looking to hire journalists in both New York City and Washington, D.C.

The Craigslist ad explains that the “Huckabee Post is a new and exciting online news publication covering news on politics, US, international, media, sports and other general news.”

“Huckabee Post is hiring full-time reporters with priority given to those who can work in our New York City and Washington, D.C. offices,” it says. “Outstanding reporters in other cities will also be considered to work remotely.”

Huckabee, the former governor of Arkansas and 2008 presidential candidate, did not immediately return a request for comment from The Daily Caller on Friday.

Online records indicate the domain HuckabeePost.com was registered on Oct. 4. The records cloak the details of the domain’s ownership. There is currently no content up at HuckabeePost.com.

The Craigslist ad was first reported by Mediate.

Huckabee has been in the news this week after he announced he is ending his national radio show and will contemplate a run for president again in 2016.
