A new Kickstarter campaign features a product called the “CROSSmass tree,” developed by an inventor hoping to remind his children the true meaning of Christmas. It’s a Christmas tree in the shape of a cross. (Photos courtesy of Crossmasstree.com).

We love entrepreneurship and we wish the inventor (Darren Howard of Portage, MI) good luck. But somebody has to ask: if you were Jesus, would you really want to be reminded of that on your birthday?
