Former NRSC flack Brian Walsh, a partner with Singer Bonjean Strategies, is engaged. He proposed to his girlfriend Veronica Barragan at The Inn at Little Washington on Dec. 23. Walsh announced the news on Facebook Tuesday.
He wrote, “She said ‘yes’! Excited to spend the rest of my life with the woman I love and my best friend.”
Walsh is well known to members of Washington’s Fourth Estate. Apart from the NRSC, he formerly worked in the press shops of Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), ex-Rep. Bob Barr (R-Georgia), and ex-Rep. Bob Ney (R-Ohio).
