The Ford pickup has been the best-selling vehicle for over 30 years, and this year promises no disappointment. Ford embraced a risky change, making this year’s trucks with military-grade aluminum instead of steel, reports the Los Angeles Times. The change lightens the truck by 700 pounds, while hopefully preserving the truck’s towing ability and toughness. (Scott Olson/Getty Images)
