A Florida thief made a novel getaway from a Florida Target store Wednesday night, escaping with stolen TV via skateboard.
Police are still searching for a young male suspect in his 20s after he snatched a 32-inch Element LCD TV and rolled through the store, evading employees and security, before making it out to the street and escaping. Target security cameras captured the entire ordeal from start to finish.

The suspect entered the store right before closing around 11 p.m. and ditched an employee trying to assist him before heading to the electronics section and grabbing the TV.
The thief was almost narrowly caught when he tried to escape through a set of locked front doors, after which he threatened an employee with a utility knife and dodged his way through a second set of doors leading out to the parking lot.
“He gets an A for creativity,” Clearwater Police Detective John Brown told the Tampa Bay Times. “But he committed a serious crime and we need to find him.”
