President Obama is throwing a movie night on Tuesday evening for the cast of The Monuments Men, the new film directed by mega-Obama donor and liberal actor George Clooney.

“In the evening, the President will host cast and crew members of the movie The Monuments Men at the White House,” the White House said in a release. “This screening is closed press.”

The Obama administration did not specifically note who plans to attend the screening in the White House’s “Family Theatre.”

But in addition to Clooney — whose film is about the World War II platoon who rescued art from Nazi thieves – the film stars Matt Damon, Bill Murray, Cate Blanchett, John Goodman and Hugh Bonneville.

In 2012, Clooney held a fundraiser for the president, raking in $15 million for his re-election. He also gave the Democratic National Committee $30,800 in 2011 and the same amount again in 2012, according to donor records. Clooney also maxed out to Obama in 2011.

UPDATE: Damon was seen at the White House by reporters on Tuesday morning:
