A lack of sex in Miranda Kerr’s newly single life is negatively affecting her muscle tone.

In the May issue of British GQ (via Vogue), the supermodel talked about how her lack of sex has turned her arms and stomach into what is certainly a disgusting pile of flabby mush now that she is single.

“The older I get, the more confident I am about asking for things I enjoy [in bed],” Kerr told GQ. “One thing I’ve noticed is now that I’m having less sex my body isn’t as toned. The more sex I have, the more defined my arms and stomach get.”

Kerr separated last year from her husband, formerly famous person Orlando Bloom, and now she’s looking for a new man to keep her in shape. Or a woman. When asked if she would ever date a chick, she said “never say never.” That sound you hear is the heads of men everywhere exploding.

“I’m dating. I’m loving it. Two happy parents are better than two unhappy parents,” she said. “This is my time to explore and have some fun. I’m not looking to fall in love again quickly… I still get chatted up a lot. I’ve had some crazy, ridiculous proposals – stuff that you wouldn’t even see in the movies. No blind dates, however, and I never google a man’s name before I meet him.”

And for her potential suitors, Kerr is also very proactive about self-improvement, saying that “I always ask for a critique on my performance. I always want to better myself in every way.”
