Rep. Vance McAllister (R-La.) just cannot win this week.
The kissing congressman surfaced on a video taken from his district office making out with his scheduler, Melissa Peacock. If that weren’t so horribly cliché, this morning, the News-Star, his hometown newspaper, ran a story on his affair and stuck it next to an advertisement for special underwear that is supposed the “best underwear ever.”
The ad is for Mack Weldon underwear. The motto is “smart underwear for smart guys.” Which, of course, can’t possibly refer to McAllister.
